Report a Fake Website
There has been a rise in fake websites and social-media accounts posing as Ruroc. These scammers misuse our branding and images to trick people into paying for products that never arrive.
We take this very seriously. If you find anything suspicious, please help us shut it down by reporting it below.
FAQs
- I think I ordered from a scam site. What should I do now?
- If you believe you've purchased from a fraudulent website, your transaction may have been part of a scam. Contact your bank or payment provider immediately—they may be able to reverse the charge. Be sure to flag the suspicious site using the reporting link above so we can help take it down.
- I saw a “too good to be true” sale ad on social media— is it legit?
- We promote genuine sales only through our official, verified social-media channels. If an ad looks suspicious, double-check that it comes from our verified account (look for the blue tick) before buying.
- Can you give me a refund for a fake order?
- We’re sorry this has happened to you—but because these scam sites are not affiliated with us, we can’t issue refunds for purchases made through them. Please contact your bank or card provider to explore your refund options.
- Are my card or bank details in danger?
- If you entered your financial details on a scam site, contact your bank right away. They can help secure your account and keep your information safe. Stay alert for any suspicious emails or texts you receive afterwards—they could be phishing attempts.
- Someone messaged me on Instagram saying they’re from your team— is that real?
- We contact customers only through our verified social-media accounts. If someone without a verification badge claims to be us, it's a scam. Unsure? Drop our customer-service team a message and we'll verify it for you. You can also report the profile or ad directly on the platform.
- How can I be sure I’m shopping on the real website?
- We sell exclusively on our official website www.ruroc.com in most cases. In some countries we partner with authorised retailers—see the list here: Official Retailers. Always double-check the web address before buying—if it isn’t our URL (www.ruroc.com), on our Official Retailer list, or in the store selector, it isn't us!
- What steps are you taking to stop this?
- We work continuously to protect our community. A dedicated team monitors and reports fake sites and scam ads, and we post updates on our social channels to keep you informed.
