Ruroc warrants motorcycle helmets to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty is for the original purchaser only (non-transferable). If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Ruroc will repair or replace it free of charge, subject to the warranty terms and valid proof of purchase.
What's not covered?
What isn’t covered includes normal wear and tear, damage from accidents/falls/impact, cosmetic ageing/fading due to the elements, and any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind. For a complete list of what’s not covered, please check our full warranty details.
Crash Replacement (optional add-on)
Crash Replacement is an additional purchase (it's automatically added to your cart when you add a helmet) that covers accidental damage (drops/crashes). If your helmet is damaged in a crash or accident, it lets you replace it with 50% off a new Ruroc motorcycle helmet, as long as it’s redeemed within the helmet’s warranty period and in line with the scheme terms.
