How do you measure for the AT4.0 STREET motorcycle helmet?
Take a fabric measuring tape, wrap it around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape until comfortably tight. Take the measurement. Our motorcycle helmet fit is intermediate oval.
How snug should a new AT4.0 STREET helmet be?
A helmet should feel snug, with even pressure around your crown and a firm cheek bite. Cheek pads bed in over time, so it shouldn't feel loose (or "perfect") straight away. There should be no helmet movement when turning from side to side. A snug fit is essential for safety.
How do I stretch the inside of my helmet helmet?
Wear it. That's it. The liner compresses naturally over time and will allow more give. If pain persists after 15 hours of riding time, you need the next shell size.
How long do AT4.0 STREET motorcycle helmets last?
Five years from the date of manufacture. All EPS foam degrades over time even if it looks fine. You should always replace a helmet after any impact.
How do I clean the AT4.0 STREET motorcycle helmet liner?
Remove cheek pads. Hand wash cold. Use mild soap only. Air dry for 24 hours. Never machine wash.
